Do we have any questions for Dr. Bajor? I have one. Andra? So, you've pretty much been involved in a deep way in all of the major structures of organized neurosurgery in this country. If you had to give advice to someone who's young, say who just got out of residency, you know, and is interested in getting involved, but you know how when someone just comes out they don't quite know where to go just yet, what would you say would be the first best step for a young person just coming out who wants to just be involved and get their foot in the door, but doesn't quite know how to start? What I would do is start with your state neurosurgical society. That's the easiest one. They're notified when you hit the door or, you know, you get a shingle, boom, they're on you. Secondly, look, and you're generating your practice, you're generating your interest, so you're going to be, if you're an academic center, you're going to be publishing some which gets you some name recognition. Volunteer for things like annual meeting, scientific meeting programs on the NNSCNS. Just volunteer. All you do is call the central office or call the secretary and say, I'm Hunt Bacher, you know, I would very much like to be a part of the annual meeting. I will do whatever you need. And I think that starts relationships. In my case, I didn't do that, but I think that in this environment today, I think that's probably the most appropriate way. And at the state level, you get noticed by the council and the talented ones come to your programs. Super. Thanks so much, Hunt. You bet.
