Thanks Joe. Welcome everyone. This is the first course of AANS 2019. So the agenda today is a little bit different than maybe what's on your app. We have a little bit more of actually an inflow kind of agenda. So it's going to start with a navigation section. We'll have five lectures. Then there will be a demonstration. Then there will be a little bit of a panel discussion talking about failures of navigation. And then we're going to go into exoscopes and we have a lecture and then two demonstrations. And then there will be a break. And then after the break we're just going to be focusing on robotics. We'll have two more lectures and then three demos on just robotics. And so at the end of all that, there will be time for all the participants to do some hands-on sections where you can go around to each company. And I just ask everyone to sort of, it's going to be a little bit of a dynamic practical clinic. You're going to be sitting down. Then you're going to get up. We're going to move back to the back of the room. Then you're going to come back and sit down again. So hopefully it will keep you from not falling asleep and enjoying your time this morning. And I appreciate everyone coming on a Saturday morning for this. On that note, there are some upcoming courses that are different, but all sort of lend itself on the idea of keeping up to date on emerging technologies. We have a big one coming up at Global Spine Congress. We actually have two there. And then we have one in NAS in Chicago in September. And then my own personal course is in Seattle. And this one, it's an all day, it's spinal navigation. We have robotics. We talk about workflow and systems integration. So a lot of the human factors that go into making the operating room flow in a way that is both efficient and safe for patients. So without wasting too much time on my introduction, I want to move toward the first speaker, Dr. Tomei. And he's going to be speaking on expanded indications for spinal navigation.
