Welcome to Return to Play After Sports Injury II, Spine Injuries. My name is Michael Groff from Brigham and Women's Hospital, and I'm very pleased with the program that we have for you. We're lucky to have a top flight faculty who will take us through the diagnostic and management challenges associated with Return to Play. In addition, some attention will be paid to the thorny issues that arise when returning the athlete who is, first and foremost, a patient, back to their sport. We'll start with Srini from Thomas Jefferson, who will take us through the cervical spine considerations. Next, Dan from UCLA will discuss injuries to the lumbar spine. We also have Doug from the University of Utah, who's going to discuss the particular exigencies regarding injury at C1, C2. And then finally, Christina will take us through the challenges of managing the pediatric population. I am sure that you'll find this enjoyable and educational. And we'll proceed with Srini's talk. Thank you.
