This Socioeconomic session was recorded live at the 2025 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting.

A panel will present up to date information on coding performance of ABNS Oral Board candidates and organized neurosurgery’s current efforts to fill the knowledge gap. Next, a panel will examine the various issues, pros and cons of organized labor in neurosurgery training and practice.
