Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this CME activity, participants should be able to:

Describe the clinical and functional outcomes associated with surgical treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and grade 2 spondylolisthesis.
Identify operative strategies, complications, and long-term durability of outcomes across different surgical techniques.
Discuss the role of patient-reported outcomes, quality-adjusted life years, and minimum clinically important differences in guiding clinical decision-making.
Review the impact of social determinants of health, comorbidities, and patient-specific factors on surgical outcomes and postoperative recovery.
