This session will provide a comprehensive overview of anterior skull base meningiomas, focusing on surgical anatomy, approach selection, and operative nuances. Faculty will discuss strategies to optimize resection while preserving olfactory and visual function, highlighting endoscopic and open approaches with illustrative case examples.

2. Compare open and endoscopic approaches to resecting anterior skull base meningiomas.
3. Identify common complications and patient outcomes associated with surgical treatment of anterior skull base meningiomas.
